Be Open
I train myself to be open...
Open to stress and failure, mind and body.
Open to the memories where I got out of my own way and did awesome stuff.
Open to the inspiration radiating off of the rockstars that I surround myself with.
Open to the lessons that each day offers.
When my body asks my brain, "Why?!", I'm never short on answers as to why I am always most capable when I acknowledge what I can AND what I can't do.
Screw being better than you were yesterday...be as good as you are today.
